TM Ajith Perera
Ajith Perera has been a resident of Dubai for the past 25 years and brings with him over 30 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked with renowned multinational organizations like Marriott International and Oetker Hotel Collection. Currently, he serves as an HR Consultant, specializing in Training & Development. Ajith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is a certified Food Hygiene Trainer accredited by Dubai Municipality as a PIC Trainer, having completed level 4 of HACCP modules. He is also the dedicated counselor of the Dubai Gavel Club, one of the oldest Gavel Clubs in Dubai affiliated with Toastmasters International, where he mentors young children in communication and leadership skills.

TM Vasanthi Francis
Vasanthi Francis, is an accomplished professional serving as the director of Tuhina Training and Consultancy Services. She is an ICF certified life coach, a skilled public speaking trainer, and specializes in preparing students for Cambridge English Qualifications. With her expertise, Vasanthi empowers individuals to unlock their potential, enhances communication skills, and ensures students excel in language proficiency. With a strong focus on personal development and effective communication, Vasanthi is dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals and organizations.
