Asha Shiju, an experienced educator with 28 years in the field, currently serving as the principal at a CBSE school in Qatar. As a Distinguished Toastmaster and active member of Toastmasters for 13 years, she has excelled in leadership roles and public speaking, earning numerous accolades. Asha is a sports enthusiast, globe trotter, and lives each moment with gratitude and a smile, embodying a zest for life.

TM Tarun Bhargava
TM Tarun Bhargava has emerged as a distinguished leader in program management, product development, and team leadership, honed over a remarkable 25-year journey in the IT industry. About a decade ago, he realized that his life's purpose is to contribute to education reforms and enhance industry readiness.
Currently, Tarun serves as a Career and Leadership Coach, dedicated to helping students and youth scientifically discover and prepare for careers that align with their personality, interests, and skills.
A Committed Toastmaster for 13 years in the Delhi/NCR region, Tarun has been serving as a counselor for the Noida Gavel Club since June 2023. He looks forward to engaging meaningfully and productively in this noble cause, fostering growth and development in the next generation.
