IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR GAVEL CLUB COUNSELORS

Annual Gavel Club Renewal

Dear Gavel Club Counselors,

Please ensure that your Gavel Club is renewed every year in November to maintain its active status with Toastmasters International (TMI).

1. Renewal Period

• The annual renewal period is from 1 November to 30 October of the following year.

• Annual renewals are due on 1 November each year.

2. How to Renew

• Complete the renewal invoice received from Toastmasters International, or download and fill in the renewal form available on our website. download Renewal form

• Submit the completed form and payment details to newclubs@toastmasters.org.

• Follow the payment instructions provided by Toastmasters International to complete the renewal.

3. Annual Renewal Fee

• The annual renewal fee is $125 

• The annual fees for the clubs registered in India $125+18% GST

• Please ensure that the applicable renewal fee is paid on time.
  
  

4. Clubs with Pending Renewals

• If your club has not paid its annual renewal fees for previous years, all outstanding renewals must be processed to bring the club up to date.

• Toastmasters International can process overdue renewals for a maximum of the previous two years.

• If a club's renewal is overdue by more than two years, it will be necessary to apply for a new Gavel Club.
  
  

Important: All counselors are requested to complete their club renewals on time to avoid complications or the need to establish a new club.

GAVEL CLUB RENEWAL

Subject: Renewal of Gavel Club Charter for 1 November 2026 – 31 October 2027

Dear Counselors,

It is time to renew your Gavel Club  for the term 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027. All clubs are requested to complete their renewal on or before 30 November 2026.

Please note that even if your club was registered recently and your current fees cover up to 31 October 2026, renewal is still required to keep your club active. Using the Gavel Club name and logo without an active registration is a violation of Toastmasters International (TMI) policies.

TMI sends the renewal invoice to the Counselor’s email address provided at the time of club registration. If there has been a change in Counselor, the original Counselor must notify TMI by submitting a special request form to update the Counselor’s name, contact email, and address. This request should be sent from the original Counselor’s registered email. The form to request this change is available upon request from us.

Please be reminded:

• If your club was not renewed last year, both the previous year’s fee and the new renewal fee must be paid.

• If your club has not been renewed for two consecutive years, it will be suspended, and you will need to apply as a new club, completing all required formalities.
