Subject: Gavel Club Renewal and Registration Update

Dear Counselors,

Please note the following important points:

Renewal Process: If your club has not been renewed for the past two years, it will need to be registered again as a new club.

Renewal Fees:

Global Clubs: $125 USD

Clubs registered in India: $147.50 USD (inclusive of 18% GST)

GAVEL CLUB RENEWAL

Subject: Renewal of Gavel Club Charter for 1 November 2025 – 31 October 2026

Dear Counselors,

It is time to renew your Gavel Club  for the term 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026. All clubs are requested to complete their renewal on or before 30 November 2025.

Please note that even if your club was registered recently and your current fees cover up to 31 October 2025, renewal is still required to keep your club active. Using the Gavel Club name and logo without an active registration is a violation of Toastmasters International (TMI) policies.

TMI sends the renewal invoice to the Counselor’s email address provided at the time of club registration. If there has been a change in Counselor, the original Counselor must notify TMI by submitting a special request form to update the Counselor’s name, contact email, and address. This request should be sent from the original Counselor’s registered email. The form to request this change is available upon request from us.

Please be reminded:

• If your club was not renewed last year, both the previous year’s fee and the new renewal fee must be paid.

• If your club has not been renewed for two consecutive years, it will be suspended, and you will need to apply as a new club, completing all required formalities.
