Susan Mathews, DTM
DTM Susan Mathews has been an active and dedicated member of Toastmasters for the past 14 years. Currently serving as the President of SparkleV Toastmasters Club, Trivandrum, Susan has made significant contributions to the Toastmasters and Gavel Club communities. Since 2011, she has been involved with Gavel Clubs, becoming the founder counselor of two Gavel Clubs in Qatar and establishing the first Gavel Club in Trivandrum. In addition to her leadership in communication and leadership development, Susan is a skilled soft skills trainer. She holds a degree in engineering, a postgraduate degree in philosophy, and a postgraduate diploma in philosophical counseling and life skills education, equipping her with a unique blend of technical expertise and personal development insight.

TM Silpa AN, a dedicated individual with a passion for personal and professional growth. Silpa serves as the Counselor of both the Peace Gavel Club and Peace Junior Gavel Club, nurturing and guiding aspiring speakers. As the Head of the Department of English at Peace Public School in Kottakkal,, She plays a vital role in shaping the language skills of students. She Worked as HM in Shikshalayam school,New Delhi and also has 10 years of experience in the field of teaching English .Additionally, Silpa's commitment to fostering innovative ideas is evident through her role as the Curator of TEDx Peace Public School. With three years of experience in Toastmasters International, starting from Calicut Toastmasters, Silpa AN brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her endeavors, making her an invaluable asset to the Toastmasters community.
