HOW TO START A NEW GAVEL CLUB ?
We are delighted by your interest in starting a Gavel Club, an integral part of Toastmasters International. Gavel Clubs are particularly valuable for students, offering them a unique platform for personal and professional growth.
Here are the steps to start a Gavel Club:
Membership Requirement: You need a minimum of 20 to 25 students as members to form a Gavel Club. All members should be less than 18 years old .
Club Officers: From these members, select 7 club officers who will be responsible for various roles and responsibilities within the club.
Registration and Fees: There is a one-time registration fee of $125 US dollars and an annual fee of $125 US dollars. These fees ensure that your club is officially recognized and supported by Toastmasters International. For Indian Clubs, you have to Pay 18% GST
Application Form: Obtain the Club Registration form by requesting and sending email to newclubs@toastmasters.org. You can also check below links

Support from an Experienced Toastmaster: It is highly recommended to have the support of an experienced Toastmaster. Their expertise and experience can be invaluable in guiding the club, especially during its initial stages.
